Concrete Driveways

Concrete driveways provide for level parking and easier access. Moonshiner Studio has a concrete pad and covered area next to the studio.

Moonshiner Rates

April – October 
Daily: $175 base rate
Weekly: 10% discount applied to base rate
Multiple House Rental: additional 10% discount

Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar 
Daily: 20% discount applied to base rate

NOTE: Posted rates includes cleaning fees.

Rental Policies

  • No children under the age of 12 without PRIOR APPROVAL.
  • No pets without PRIOR APPROVAL.
  • 3 night minimum rental. One or two night rental may be possible – call for availability.
  • Cleaning fees included in rental rates.
  • State + local taxes of 13% will be added to rates.

Cancelation Policy

  • A non-refundable reservation/security deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required at booking.
  • The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • At 30 days prior to arrival, the full reservation balance becomes non-refundable.
