RIDGE

The Ridge is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in a forested setting. There is an additional 1/2 bath in the garage. Two bedroom each have 2 full size and and single size bed. The third bedroom has 3 single size beds. Roll-away beds available upon request. The house has a wide screen TV with Dish satellite, DVD player and washer/dryer. Large covered deck and outdoor hot tub.booster.

The full kitchen includes a coffee maker and Keurig, dishwasher, microwave, island bar, and wet bar. The house has brand new central air and heat to make your stay comfortable year round. Free Exceed sat wi-fi internet and Verizon cell signal booster. Linens and towels are provided with your rental.

A large private covered porch on the back overlooks the forest with outdoor furniture, and a gas barbecue. Firewood is provided for the outdoor fire pit.

Included with your rental is the 30×50 garage suitable for motorcycles, sportcars, boats, …. bring your toys and store them in safety. The garage includes a 1/2 bath.

The garage game room has a regulation pool table, darts, Foos Ball, air compressor and leather/helmet storage.

The Ridge, The Point and The Treetops are conveniently located within walking distance of each other.

The Ridge Rates

Rental Policies

  • No children under the age of 12 without prior approval.
  • No pets without prior approval, pet deposit required.
  • State + local taxes of 9.75% will be added to rates.
  • Limited camping available for overflow renters.
  • 3 night minimum rental. 2 or 1 night rental may be possible – call for availability.
  • Linens & towels are supplied.
  • Roll away beds & linens are available.
  • Cleaning fees included in rental rates.
  • A non-refundable security/reservation deposit of 50% of the total rental is required. Balance of rental is due 30 days prior to arrival date.

The Ridge underwent a complete renovation during the winter of 2017.  Larger bedrooms, new flooring, added a wet bar, new electrical service, and new A/C. Big screen TV with Dish sat, hi speed Exede wifi, Verizon cell phone booster.
