Point

The Point is a 3 bedroom, 2-1/2 bathroom house and sleeps up to 13. It is located in a forested setting with a great view of private cove and distant ridges.

Bedroom Configuration:
  • Main Floor Master Bedroom 1 - two double beds, one twin bed, full ensuite bathroom
  • Half-bath located on main level
  • Upstairs Bedroom 2 - two double beds with access to upstairs full bath
  • Upstairs Bedroom 3 - two double beds with access to upstairs full bath

Guests can access the main level from the back of the house, offering a convenient entry without using the front steps.

House includes a 900 sqft drive in basement garage. Basement includes pool table, extra refrigerator, and laundry room.

Note: Point house is undergoing a refresh with new paint, new beds, and more. Photos coming soon and will be ready for rental Spring 2026.

Point Rates

April – October 
Daily: $290 base rate
Weekly: 10% discount applied to base rate

Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar 
Daily: 20% discount applied to base rate

NOTE: Posted rate includes cleaning fee.

Multiple House Rental

Enjoy an additional 10% discount when renting multiple houses.

Rental Policies

  • No children under the age of 12 without PRIOR APPROVAL.
  • No pets without PRIOR APPROVAL.
  • 3 night minimum rental. One or two night rental may be possible – call for availability.
  • Cleaning fees included in rental rates.
  • State + local taxes of 13% will be added to rates.

Cancelation Policy

  • A non-refundable reservation/security deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required at booking.
  • The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • At 30 days prior to arrival, the full reservation balance becomes non-refundable.
