TREETOPS is a large home with four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps up to 16. The 20x40' garage space make this the perfect house for motor enthusiasts.

Bed/Bath Configuration:

  • Main Floor Bedroom #1 - double bed (full size mattress) with access to main floor full bath
  • Main Floor Bedroom #2 - double bed and roll-away single with access to main floor full bath
  • Upstairs Bedroom #3 - two double beds with access to upstairs full bath
  • Upstairs Bedroom #4 - two double beds with access to upstairs full bath
  • 2 full baths w/walk in shower

An open porch and large deck look out into the tops of poplar, oak, dogwood and hickory trees - hence the name Treetops. The decks have picnic tables and gas barbecue. Enjoy the covered six person hot tub.

A 20x40 garage is next to the house and includes a pool table and an extra refrigerator. An additional one car garage is suitable for extra motorcycle/car storage. Plenty of parking for cars, trailers, and motorcycles.

All houses are conveniently located within walking distance.

Concrete Driveways

The driveway grade up to the Treetops and garage is concrete. The main drive, which is level, is hard packed gravel. See below for photos.

April – October 
Daily: $330 base rate
Weekly: 10% discount applied to base rate
Multiple House Rental: additional 10% discount

Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar 
Daily: 20% discount applied to base rate

Rental Policies

  • No children under the age of 12 without PRIOR APPROVAL.
  • No pets without PRIOR APPROVAL.
  • 3 night minimum rental. One or two night rental may be possible – call for availability.
  • Cleaning fees included in rental rates.
  • State + local taxes of 13% will be added to rates.

Cancelation Policy

  • A non-refundable reservation/security deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required at booking.
  • The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • At 30 days prior to arrival, the full reservation balance becomes non-refundable.
